QuickPreg® - fiber semi-finished product

The decisive advantages over conventional fabrics is the free run of the carbon fibre between two crossing points. The possibility for any fibre angle, such as +/- 10° or +/- 35°, is also a significant factor that makes the fibre semi-finished product so interesting. The fibre-parallel strength increases by up to 20 % due to the lower ondulation. In addition, the weight can be further reduced by the individual fibre alignment. QuickPreg® blanks can have almost any number of layers and can be processed directly into shell components in a pressing process.

• High fibre volume content (55 - 60 %)
• Very good drapeability
